Great question. Fuzzy is a company built by vets for pet parents to help people like you make healthy choices for their pets every day. We use the power of the internet and our 100+ years of vet experience to provide prescriptions, consults, and vet-curated products to keep pets happy and healthy.

Am I able to get new prescriptions through Fuzzy?Am I able to get new prescriptions through Fuzzy?

The ability to prescribe virtually in the U.S. varies state-by-state. We’re currently working with local officials to deliver virtual prescription services to pet parents in all 50 States.

If your state allows medications to be prescribed virtually, Fuzzy can definitely help prescribe a medication. You have two options to get prescriptions: you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a veterinarian who will conduct a digital physical exam, or you can take our virtual physical exam on the Fuzzy site, without having to speak with a vet.

If your state does not allow virtual prescribing, you can consult with a Fuzzy Vet to refill any current medications your pet needs, and we will contact your vet to get your request approved and your items shipped straight to your door.

Please do. If your pet isn’t responding to the medication, or is experiencing any adverse effects, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a vet 24/7. Don’t hesitate to update us on your pet’s health.

We combine the knowledge of our licensed vet professionals with the info you provide us to recommend the best courses of action, treatment plans, and products for your pet.

We can't physically examine your pet, but our vet professionals can chat or video conference with you and your pet to diagnose and find a treatment for your pet.

Not looking to talk to a vet? Fuzzy offers prescriptions without having to talk to a vet. Just answer some questions, our vets will review your pets history, and your prescription will be ready to go

How can I fill or refill a prescription?How can I fill or refill a prescription?

If your state allows medications to be prescribed virtually, you can use the Fuzzy App to speak with a veterinarian who will conduct a digital physical exam and can prescribe a new prescription, or for select categories, you can answer questions and get a new prescription without needing to speak to a vet.

If your state does not allow virtual prescribing, you can contact a Fuzzy Vet who can answer your pet health questions without stepping foot in the vet’s office. You can also use Fuzzy to refill any current medications your pet needs.

If you received a new prescription from your local clinic or have a refill, you can upload it within the Fuzzy App, and our vets will fill and ship your pet’s medication right to your door.

Absolutely. You can even get personalized recommendations, too. Tell us a bit about your pet and their needs, and we’ll show you vet-recommended treats, toppers, supplies, and more.
